(February 28, 2021, 6:34 pm)I visited Dtlr in Livingston for my first time in a while. To my surprise the store was very clean and organized, full of cool inventory, also love how they fallow COVID-19 guidelines to keep their customers safe. Store employee approached me immediately upon my arrival “witch was surprising since the last time I was in here, the employees seemed to be more interested on what was on there phone than the actual customer”. The employee helped me pick out shoes. “I must say that I’m not the easiest customer to deal with as I ask a ton of questions”, but this employee witch I later learned her name to be Jen, the store manager, showed a lot of patience and answered all of my questions, she also took time to explain the rewards system and the benefits that accompany it, so I decided to join. I also observed how she gave precise and helpful direction to her employees helping them understand why certain tasks must be done. I was very impressed of how she handles herself and her communications skills with her staff, also how she deals with her customers. That’s why I always say when it comes to retail, employees are a reflection of management and there’s no doubt that Jen showed why her associates treat their customers the way they do. Definitely will shop here again!!👍🏻
