First walk in and the staff in the front is very friendly and helpful. Move into the x-ray room and you meet the friendliest x-ray tech in the world. Onto the exam room in comes the nurse aide and all the paperwork I skipped. Now in comes the Dr. Very friendly and fast. Played 20 questions fitted me to a temp cast instructed me what to do and then contacted my insurance to be sure what she had planned is going to be covered. So far so good and my elbow is starting to feel better with her guidance. I would recommend Dr Hillsman and her staff to anyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hillsman for years and I find her to be caring, thoughtful and thorough. She takes the time to listen and gives excellent advice in regard to my care. She has helped me to overcome the challenges of JRA and I can honestly state that because of her thoroughness, I have now overcome my youthful disease.
I recently had and appointment witj R. Hilsman for my knee injury. Dr. Hilsmam is an amazing and brilliant Doctor. She listens to your complaint takes the time to explain everything to you in Laymans terms. She is not quick to jump to a surgery she recommends the best treatment for your condition. Getting an appointment with her is quick and she doesn't leave you waiting in a room forever to be seem. Her front end medical staff are friendly and caring. I would recommend her to everyone.
