Dr. Matthew Castanho, ND - Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Castanho is *easily* the best physician I have ever encountered. After developing some autoimmune issues and QUICKLY becoming fed up with the non answers and band-aid solutions of mass produced health care, I found him. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but very compassionate and super down to earth. He's extremely easy to talk to about any and all concerns, and is also readily available to answer any question you may have- and in great detail! After only two months of working with him, I was on a steady incline health wise and I cringe to think of where I might be if I went down the "traditional' pharmaceutical route. He has helped me more than any other medical professional- and in such a short time. My journey towards health in all areas continues and he gives me a genuine positive outlook for the future. DO NOT wait to start your healing journey with him. He is a HEALER and I firmly believe he wants what's best for all of us who are suffering in one way or another(and I am a skeptic!). He will FIND the underlying issues and correct them, rather than throw drugs at you that won't ultimately help. Call him today, you will not regret it, he is the best! I wanted to share this review because Dr. Matthew Castanho solved a long chronic illness that conventional medicine could not treat effectively. I decided to give naturopathy a try and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Matthew was amazing. He took the time to understand my condition, my lifestyle, and my goals. He designed a personalized treatment plan that included natural remedies, dietary changes, and stress management techniques. He was very supportive and encouraging throughout the process. After a few months of following his recommendations, I felt a significant improvement in my symptoms and my quality of life. Go see Dr. Castanho!! Don't wait. I kept going to my PC for guidance and support and couldn't really pinpoint why I was feeling so unwell. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Castanho enough! I had been suffering with pretty intense and frequent migraines, as well as tons of GI issues and anxiety prior to seeing Dr. Castanho. At my first appointment, I was so impressed by how he listened to all of my concerns, and then followed up by asking extensive questions with about every aspect of my health. . . I mean EVERYTHING! From sleep to diet, from supplements to lifestyle habits, we covered it ALL!

Dr. Castanho then ordered blood work which gave us tons of information about my health. He used this data to craft a completely individualized supplementation plan for me. He also shared a ton of amazing suggestions about sleep, meditation, and food which were super specific and helpful.

Dr. Castanho is so professional and is full of knowledge. Whatever health problem you have he can help you adjust it. I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He is helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle along with natural supplements. He is available whenever I need him and just gives great advice on what to try before going to pharmaceuticals.
