(December 22, 2021, 6:00 pm)I used Gentec for the yearly maintenance for my generator, a good at a reasonable price. My generator was not working, I called and a lovely young lady (Cristain?) talked me through the problem.. They could have come out and charged me a service charge and I would not have been the wiser. They are nice people.

(August 16, 2020, 2:03 pm)I am writing this the minute I got access to the computer. We had lost power in the area, and my generator did not 'kick in'. I immediately called Gentech, knowing that because today is Sunday, I'll just leave the message, and hope for the best. In less than 10 minutes I got a phone call back from John (a technician) who was very patient, reassuring, and empathetic. It immediately made me feel 'safe'. He also reassured me that we will try to address the problem over the phone, and try and fix it. I am not a technical person at all! - and John again, very patiently, led me through all the steps, and we were able to resolve it over the phone and have the generator start. Thank you so much! I am very grateful.

(August 2, 2019, 8:25 am)My wife is on oxygen 24/7 so when my generac generator stopped working I called the original installer and was told that they wouldn't be able to come out for at least a week or two.
I reached out to Gentech and Larry and Tiffany were able to get the part I needed and completed the repair the next day.
Now that's great customer service.
