I wrote this review more then a year ago, I just wanted to add the PS at the end...I don't write many reviews, but when I do they are warranted. My mom, God Bless her, always would say, if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all.
I am fairly new here to NJ and if you are reading my review than you are pretty much walking in my shoes in search of a great Primary Doctor. I have been in search for a primary doctor here in NJ for a bit. I did find a doctor in Freehold, but made a decision he was not for me. I would go back to Brooklyn or Staten Island to see my primary doctor that I have had for over 30 years. But the schlep back and forth from Brooklyn, besides being expensive, I knew I needed to find and start relationship with a PCP here closer to home, with whom I feel blessed and comfortable with and who can care for my medical issues.

I was refereed to see Dr. Leslie Cauvin. My first appointment was with Erin Little PA, who took care of my shingles. LOVE HER! I than had a appointment made to meet with Dr. Cauvin who I met with twice, Awesome! Excellent doctor! Dr. Cauvin has this calming great bed side manner, and for me, that goes along way wouldn't you agree? He is so intelligent and quick to know and answer all your questions, kind warm, caring and understanding, very busy but still he took his time and did not make you feel rushed. I have been blessed to have found this group starting with the reception Gabby (Gabriella), Anthony, Wendy and Traci, PA.

PS I wanted to add. There is no one nasty at BC Medical and the receptionist is very sweet. Remember, everyone has their own opinion and experience like I said if you have nothing nice to say, please keep it to yourself. Maybe the person was just having a bad day and not feeling well but NEVER is anyone rude or nasty at BC Medical Group. On the contrary the opposite, they all are very caring and helpful.
I find Dr. Cauvin to be very thorough, easy to talk to and listens to his patients when discussing your reason for your visit, and thoroughly explains the treatment and medicine he is prescribing for you.
Dr Cauvin has been our family doctor for several years now, he is very knowledgeable, current and a very effective communicator. His nursing staff is pleasant and efficient, and Jenna at the front desk is personable and very efficient. I'm writing this after a recent visit and reading some of the negative reviews. While everyone has the right to express their opinion, I find it hard to believe these as factual after years of dealing with the office. I do know that a visit to the Doctor can be potentially stressful by its very nature, but the nasty level of some of these reviews reveal more of the writer than the practice, in my opinion.
