I talked and texted with AJ for a few days prior to my arrival and couldn’t have been happier when I got there. He had the bike ready to go, took the time to set it up for my height/weight and ensured everything was perfect for me! I would 100% recommend Down Cycles to anyone. Overall it was just a great experience, the shop is great and AJ was fantastic to deal with- he’s a super cool guy, very friendly and I’m sure a great person to meet out on the trails!
