(June 22, 2023, 1:07 pm)I help my 90 year old mother bring her car in whenever necessary and it's always been a pleasure to visit Douglas Infiniti!
There's nothing better than being greeted by the amazing Ana Marie Rodriguez, who makes us feel like 'one of the family'.
I live in NY and meet my mom at Douglas when she drops her car off and I know she's always in the best care with Ana Marie till I arrive.
And it's always nice to pick up her nice clean car after a day at the shop :) Thank you! -

Anna Marie my service advisor goes above and beyond to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle, and always is so pleasant upon arrival and drop off of my vehicle. I have been to many different service centers in my lifetime, but this one ranks in the top of everyone. I always feel comfortable knowing they will service the vehicle quickly and efficiently and I am always provided a loaner when service is being performed. Thank you Douglas Infiniti and more specifically Anna Marie for the best experience possible every time I bring my vehicle in.

(February 7, 2023, 11:55 am)We were promised a free first oil change. Scheduled the 2022 Q50 for an oil change and we were pressured into getting a tire rotation with the oil change and check up. Vehicle only had 3000m. Tire rotation should be every 6-8000 mile from everything I read. Cost about forty dollars/ no free oil change.

Identified the problems with my SUV and very clear on what needed to be done and why and how most of it could be covered with the Warranty and made it clear when a lot of it was confusing. And stayed in touch daily while they had the car. Getting the loaner car was so easy too. Everything was done online and in an app so it was easy.
