  The car buying experience is something I have hated since I bought my first car, 30 years ago. At Douglas they changed this for me. The experience here was wonderful. Fast, friendly, no pressure, and really classy, down to earth people. Chris, Luke and Mark not only gave me an experience to remember, but they made it hard for me to ever want to go anywhere else in the future. I would definitely do business with them again and have already recommended Douglas Infiniti to friends and family. Thanks a lot guys, you rock! I’m loving my new Moon Blue QX60!

  Can't say enough positive things about this dealership! Luke Calder has been a pleasure to work with, he was not pushy at all, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I upgraded from the Q50 to the QX55 last week, and he ensured that I stayed within the budget of what I wanted to spend, and that I was happy with my purchase. I have owned many other luxury brands over the years, but continue to return to Infiniti, as this dealership surpasses others from start to finish. I also have to say their service department is amazing, as they are friendly and always accommodating, specifically Anamarie Rodriguez, who is an incredible service consultant to deal with. Looking forward to working with them in the future!!!

  My mom purchased a new QX80 last august and has been thrilled since she made the purchase. John Lato was a class act, and made the transaction as easy as possible. Anamarie in service is so accommodating and friendly. Douglas has earned customers for life!

  Just had an amazing service experience here with Tony. This is the best Infiniti service place in the area - they are not pushy, do a thorough check but don’t recommend that you do more than you need, and prices are as expected for service by the dealer. Tony and the rest of the staff were extremely kind, patient, and made me want to come back here (which is more than I can say about other Infiniti service places in the area). Apparently they still have courtesy cars too, so that’s definitely a plus that I’ll be taking advantage of in the future! Also, a great car wash and vacuum. Thank you!
