My husband cut his finger, we were seen immediately & he got stitched up quickly. If you don’t have CT insurance they have a $150 cash plan, which served us well. The receptionist & doctor were pleasant and professional.

I had such a great experience at Docs in Monroe they were really nice and professional and even though I wasn’t able to be seen due to insurance purposes they were still actually concerned with my well being. Me and the girl at the front desk instantly bonded because not only did we have the same name but she was very nice, professional and helpful not to mention that her customer service was excellent I found it funny that we both had the same name and actually spelled and pronounced it the same way because everyone spells and pronounces it a different way. I will definitely be returning to Docs of Monroe and will recommend them to everyone I know but what upsets me is that Dr Marshall does not accept Medicaid patients anymore and he is one of the best Dr’s there is. I’m hoping he would start taking Medicaid again for the sake of his long term patients because I hate having to see the other Dr’s.

I love the staff here and I like my doctor. The only thing that is complicated is when I need medications and my messages have a tough time getting through to the actual doctor to prescribe them for me. Sometimes I go weeks without the needed medicines. Other than that again I like my doctor and the staff is really friendly.
