Dr Marshall is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. He never rushes you and sincerely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to listen and explains medical issues to the patient so they understand. I rarely have to wait but if I do he is well worth the wait.
I leave many reviews and follow others reviews too. I’m leaving 5 stars for Monroe Immediate Medical Care because of the people who take care of me there. That’s really what it’s all about, when your sick, can you go somewhere that people will treat you well and help you feel better! That is Monroe Immediate Medical Care. I have seen Dr. Marshall and Dr. Antonico for well over 20 years. They have given me physicals for work, treated me when I was sick, and taken the best care of my family! Nothing really is more important than that. Dr. Marshall is one of a kind. He listens, he examines and, well...he just knows! He gets right to it, prescribes what will work and always gets my family back up and running quickly. I’ve always been a nervous person with doctors and he puts me right at ease! I am always able to fill my prescriptions and this office even makes a call a few days later to see how I am. This is like having my own personal doctor on call everyday just in case. I could not be more pleased with both doctors and the fine folks at this office!
I have been there several times and their care is awesome! I recently went in with the flu and would have been third in line but a child came in with burns and needed immediate attention. Even though I had to wait a little bit, understandablly! I was in, out and treated just as fast as I was called back. They also always have a follow up call to see how you are doing a few days later. The staff is friendly and great! Doctors are awesome as well. If you are looking for a walk in clinic I highly recommend Immediate Care in Monroe!!
There really aren't many Doctors like Dr. Marshall and Dr. Antonico. My Mother started taking us there when we were kids, and now I have my Husband and friends going there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed or un-helped leaving there. I always feel better after and get the help I need. Love this walk in. Can't say enough positive things about them.
