Excellent quality, good price and super nice service. I order ahead of time from their store and pick it up at the assigned time. Thank you DiPaola for being a star of our dinners.

I wanted to cry thinking I may not ever get your turkey again! ground turkey and turkey sausage best ever!!! I actually also buy for my niece and send it to CA! they love it too!

(November 27, 2020, 11:34 am)Picked up pre-ordered turkey (don't forget your order number) at Union Square market. Bird was PERFECT size 12.2 - super clean - extremely fresh.
Roasted at 450 for 40 minutes - covered with foil and continued at 350 for 2.5 hours.
Stuffed with lemons, garlic, oranges - coated and rubbed skin with spiced olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Put pumpkin ale in the roasting tin.
BEST TURKEY EVER. Thank you DiPaola.
