I recently concluded on a divorce/custody case in which Dianna Kidd represented me. I knew nothing about the divorce process or the quality of my local attorney’s. This was initially very concerning to me due to the costs associated with the divorce process and more importantly that many aspects of my future as well as my future relationship with my son were to be determined through this process.
When I began to ask around I was referred to Dianna by a friend. This friend described Dianna as a very professional yet very aggressive attorney. She is absolutely both as well as very responsive, and genuinely caring. Dianna and her team communicated clearly and consistently with me throughout the entire process. Dianna was familiar with all of the details of my case and was always prepared when we went into the courtroom. This process can be emotional and scary at times. I often reached out to Dianna in a panic about developments throughout my case. Each time her confidence, knowledge and support would restore my confidence.
In the end compromises were made that I was comfortable with and we settled before a trial. Most importantly I was awarded 50/50 custody of my son. I was very happy with the end results of my case and truly believe that my case wouldn’t have gone as well as it did if I hadn’t had Dianna representing me.
