  Where to begin with my amazing experiences with Kristin. I am terrified of needles and have seen multiple acupuncturists in the past and no one has been able to get me through it like Kristin. She made me feel comfortable and at ease by starting with a few needles at a time and now I cannot live without these sessions! I have a number of chronic symptoms that immediately feel relieved after her sessions. She takes the time before each session to assess your whole body and always tailors the treatment to where you are at that day (cupping, moxibustion, etc).
  I feel so lucky to have found Kristin and her healing energy. Plus she hosts sound baths, breath work, and qigong at her center!

  I came in to Kristin’s office a wreck. I was suffering badly from herniated disks and a terrible aching neuropathy in my legs. After months of not getting any relief besides prescriptions, I was feeling quite down. Before, I had been an avid hiker and was doing HIIT training. Kristin made a huge effort to help me. She listens to my concerns and responds. She makes supplement suggestions and explains things about the body. She’s fun to be with and sets you at ease.
  After about five sessions I am feeling a total turnaround, and most importantly, am feeling hopeful again. I have been managing three hour hikes and I am working up to more. My neuropathy is easing up and I am feeling comfortable in my skin again!

  I contacted Kristin during my pregnancy when I found out my baby was breech. Kristin was extremely quick to respond, was confident we could get the baby turned as she has experience in this area. We quickly had an appointment set up for the next day as she understood the time urgency with this. During my two appointments we did acupuncture and moxibustion (she also showed me how to do moxibustion at home) and when I followed up with my doctor a week later, the baby had turned! Kristin is easy to talk to and has made a very calming environment at her office. I would definitely go back and also recommend her to others!

  Kristin has the experience, finesse and knowledge to rationalize my symptoms and get to the true healing of any issue I may be having. It is my routine to see her once a month for several years now to keep myself proactive in maintaining my best health. Highly recommend.

  I have been seeing Kristin for acu since June 2022 and I've been very satisfied with my experience. My issue being stress, it's a hard nut to crack (or maybe I'm just nuts). But I feel Kristin does get me back on track. I feel that her treatments both at the time of treatment, and continuing throughout the week, do my body/mind some good. Even if my stressed/anxious feelings aren't totally eradicated yet, I'll continue to get better with Kristin's help. (I can feel I am better than from the date when I began, I do feel stronger in myself.) That's the kind of trust I have in her.
