  I don’t handle MRIs very well. I have to be pre-medicated. I didn’t have my first one until I was 55 years old lol I’ve been battling a health dilemma since last year. Even though this was my third MRI since last July I still felt very anxious prior to the test.
  This was my first visit at the Hecktown Oaks diagnostic care Center. I want to say that the two technicians that helped me today both Kathleen and Kristine we’re excellent! When I arrived they told me everything that was going to happen except for how long I was going to be in the machine for WHICH I REQUESTED :) I don’t like to know or need to know how long I’m going to be in the tunnel it just makes me more anxious. These two women are excellent at their job. They were very patient, caring and sympathetic to my individual needs as a patient. They were fantastic! Some people can be trained for a certain job and do fairly well but then there are others that have the gift. The natural gift of caring and compassion and that was what I experienced today with these two technicians. I can’t thank them enough for putting me at ease. Thank you Kathleen and Kristine. Keep up the good work you are both women of excellence!
