(December 13, 2022, 7:59 pm)I joined Dhira a few years ago. Michael has helped me find purpose, peace and strength in my practice. After starting my yoga practice, I was diagnosed with MS. Yoga helps keep me healthy and makes me stronger in my fight. I highly recommend!

(November 17, 2022, 2:59 pm)I have been taking classes at Dhira Yoga Center for about 10 months now, and I am also enrolled in the Teacher Training Program. The studio is beautiful, and the teachers and community are wonderful. I’ve learned so much already and continue to deepen my practice both on and off the mat with the support of Michael and his teachings. I’m so glad I came to Dhira and made yoga a part of my daily life. I’ll never stop practicing. Namaste!

(November 17, 2022, 11:39 am)Such a wonderful and inviting place. Dhira Yoga Center is perfect for all skill levels, and explores many different aspects of yoga. Michael is knowledgeable, funny, and kind , and truly such a pleasure being able to practice yoga with him. All of the teachers are fantastic, and there is a class for everyone. Do yourself a favor, and if you’ve ever thought about trying yoga, just take the plunge. Cannot recommend this studio enough!

(October 21, 2022, 12:55 pm)Dhira yoga is the perfect place to practice yoga whether you are a beginner or well-practiced yogi. I first visited in 2013 when the studio opened and enjoyed the $50 first month special of unlimited yoga for new students. The studio is conveniently located in Southwick offering varied class times in a comfortable, accepting and fun atmosphere that meets you where you are. If you have ever felt intimidated by yoga but have wanted to give it a try, this is the place! And the first class is free! I love how Michael, the lighthearted owner and instructor, makes sure that you are doing the poses properly and challenges you regardless of your level. It’s a great accomplishment to see how I become more flexible over time!
