Their service for domestic and international shipping is so efficient and cost effective that it makes sense to use their expertise. Eric and Nadia have always gone up and beyond providing immediate solutions to our shipping requirements, be it Hazmat and general non-hazmat items. (April 28, 2023, 4:09 pm)It is a pleasure working with Nadia and Eric at DGM. In a world where customer service has nearly vanished, we get prompt, professional and friendly service. They go out of their way to help. One day I asked for pictures of the cargo we were shipping, and within a half hour, I got the pictures. They make shipping dangerous goods a snap. They know what they are doing. We have never had any problems getting through customs. I wish every business was as knowledgeable and easy to deal with as DGM.
