  I have been working with this Prep Centre for over 2 years now, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service they provide. From the moment I started shipping containers with them, I have been impressed by their efficiency and accuracy. Not once have I encountered any issues or experienced any lost items. It's a relief to know that my shipments are always received quickly and accurately.
  
  What sets this Prep Centre apart is their exceptional support and communication. Whenever we utilize LTL for domestic deliveries, I am promptly notified by Victoria, my dedicated point of contact. Her swift notifications allow me to take immediate action and collaborate effectively with the freight forwarder. This level of attentiveness is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated.

The seamless collaboration we have developed, coupled with their advanced system, Flowspace, has made a significant difference in my operations.   As a 7 figure Amazon Seller from California. I ship and store 7 x 40" HC Container full of products to New York FBA Prep. They are prompt and get the job done. To me the most important thing to work with a 3PL is the communication. Even from California, I've never had a single issue with them managing my supply chain needs. Highly recommended.
