Denise Cleveland and the team here at Daylesford Crossing are great to work with. I know of residents who've moved here and are thrilled they made the decision to make this their new home. The community is beautiful, I'd recommend at least going in for a visit to have a look around and meet with Denise.
All CAREGIVER and Med-teches Nursing Staff Concierge Dinning Staff are all wonderful Very Professional and Polite. CAREGIVER Provide the residents with High Quality Care I would highly recommend any one looking for a assited living for their love ones to give Daylesford Crossing a call.
Friendly, welcoming, clean, nothing institutional, thorough tour, questions answered, satisfying. Thank you!
My grandmother is living the memory care unit (Connections) and I only have great things to say. The aides that work in that unit very obviously care about each of the residents and their well being. When I first walked in, I asked about where to find my grandmother and they knew exactly where she was, what she was doing, and they were able to tell me how she is. The women working there are absolutely amazing and I am so thankful that they are caring for my grandmother. In the moments between visits with her the aides told us stories and us questions about her.
Assisted Living Facilities can be scary sometimes, especially the memory care sections. You worry about leaving your loved one in the care of someone else, but all of those worries are completely gone with Daylesford Crossing. My grandmother is being so well taken care of and I cannot be happier or more thankful.
