  My family and I love these! The flavors, the toppings, and the woman that work there are all equally wonderful. We get multiple at a time to put in the freezer so when it’s time for ice cream we have the BEST option. Thank you so much!

  Amazing! Staff was helpful and informative. You get to choose your paleta plus and dips/toppings you want. I went with their key lime and added chocolate and graham cracker. So refreshing on a hot day! Highly recommend you stop in.

  I was thrilled to find out that Dave’s Gourmet Paletas opened a store in Shelton. I used to drive 45 minutes just to sink my teeth into one of these babies at least once a week during the pandemic.
  
  You get to choose from a variety of delicious flavors and then add whatever toppings your heart desires!
  
  I got caramel with hazelnut crunch dip, Oreos and biscoff drizzle. Such divinity.
  
  Has good options for vegans and nut/egg allergy friendly.
  
  Highly recommend a visit.
