Finished day 1 of my journey to getting conditioned. Might not have my breakfast in my stomach anymore, but I do have the motivation to get back for day 2. 10/10
Don is the best trainer I’ve ever had. I’ve tried several different trainers but none of them are as knowledgeable and considerate as Don. He always pushes me to my limit but I did see a great result in the changes of my body. He also switches the workout all the time, so you’ll never get bored. 😆
Dan's is a serious gym where you get better and stronger. Both Dan and Don are excellent trainers and the atmosphere is motivating. My wife worked with Dan and was thrilled and I worked with Don, who pushed me and his other clients to the very limit - but not beyond it. I was in pretty good shape when I showed up (or so I thought) and left each session wiped out (and sore the next day) - and couldn't wait to go back! Highly recommended if you want to be worked hard. jso
