  CrossFit DelVal truly is a second home! I began training there 5 years ago and honestly wish I found it sooner! I have always left my workouts in a better mood; the atmosphere is a contagious positive energy. The coaches and members are so supportive and congratulatory.. it’s that feel-good energy I have been searching for! I have also made life-long friendships here that I am forever grateful!
  Also head coach Chris is pretty easy on the eyes!

  I came to CF DelVal a few years ago and I really appreciate the atmosphere and coaching. I’ve been to a number of CrossFit gyms and CF DelVal has something special going on. The Coaches at CF DelVal can pretty much name EVERY athlete in the class and work with them with ease. Rob Miller the owner is a great welcoming OG of CrossFit and is very knowledgeable. Jacki Ford is an amazing coach who keeps everyone moving and laughing. Chris Waite is a great coach who takes so much pride in the hard work of everyone in the gym. I’m looking forward the the future coming from this gym.

  CrossFit Delaware Valley has been one of my favorite places since I became a member in 2014. My husband joined shortly after me and we absolutely love doing classes together. My views on fitness and nutrition have changed dramatically for the best since I started working out there. The coaches and members are some of the best people I know and I have made lasting friendships there. I would highly recommend CrossFit Delaware Valley and wish I had found it sooner myself!

  Truly love this place! We have a tight-knit and supportive community, skilled coaches, and several ways to engage health and fitness based on needs and goals (group classes, personal training, nutrition guidance, etc.). One of my favorite things about CFDV is how the coaches take time to get to know members. They help us hone our CrossFit skills and personal fitness in ways that work for us individually. Each member is known and supported, and challenged every day.

  Great workout! Great atmosphere! Yesterday was my first time working out at CrossFit DelVal. I’m someone who works out daily, and I had one of the best sweats of my life with Denise running the class. She was extremely friendly, helpful, caring about safety/cleanliness, and above all she pushed me to work extremely hard! Mixed level of abilities in the class made me feel comfortable and motivated to push harder at the same time.
