We have been coming here for a few months, I have two boys, 5 and 7 years old. This program has been wonderful for them. There is tons of individual attention from the sensei and assistant senseis to all the kids in the class and they are so great with them.
There are so many benefits from karate beyond the ability to defend yourself, it gives the kids a lot of confidence and is great exercise as well.
It is also very reasonably priced and there are no long term contracts.
The way I see it; worst case your kids come for two free classes, but more than likely you will find a place for them to learn and grow. -

(February 10, 2018, 11:22 am)My four kids attend DA MMA and we could not be happier. Sensei and Joshu are AMAZING! They create the perfect balance of discipline and support.
All of my kids have improved in their martial arts skills as well as their focus and balance.
We strongly recommend DA MMA to everyone interested in a comprehensive martial arts program that is as challenging as it is fun! -

(August 1, 2017, 5:42 pm)We've been taking our son Kasey to DA MMA for over two years. Our experience has been nothing but positive. The price is right, and the training can't be beat. The Sensai, and Sempei's are great with the kids, and make the lessons, fun, interesting, and challenging.

(July 4, 2017, 2:49 pm)Our boys started DAMMA in Dec for a trial run. We were impressed at the leve of knowledge that Sensei and Joshu have is incredible. My boys have learned so much these last 6/7 months about self defense it is amazing. Looking forward to learn along with them in the following weeks/ months/ years!
