They dealt with our insurance company a countless number of times in what ended up being a three-week nightmare of issues. The work they did was amazing and our car looks better than before. We are very grateful.

He was very straight to the point and very professional which I very much value. I was treated with respect and Toula the receptionist communicated with me throughout the whole entire process from the moment the parts arrived to the day my car was ready for pick up. I was truly
impressed. I wont review the prices because every car, model, year, part, varies in price. All I can say is the Quote very much matched the work that needed to be done and I am very satisfied. Totally reccomend this auto body center for all your repair needs! -

(July 1, 2022, 4:06 pm)I got into a car accident, someone hit my car from behind. My dad took the car to an auto shop (Riverside) in the Bronx. They didn't pick up the phone, took forever to evaluate the car. The auto shop looked very ghetto.
My husband did a Google search and we tried Dale-way (please note we live in PA). Best decision ever! The person at the front desk is amazing! Her name is Toula and she's great. Toula helped me transfer my car to Dale-Way. She went above and beyond to help me because it was NOT easy to get the car transferred.
From the moment my car arrived to the Dale-Way facility, it was easy. Whenever I called, she picked up and gave me updates. It was the best experience ever. Attached is the before and after picture. -

Gus and Angelo are on top of the game ! the receptionist is a sweetheart, they give you a feeling of being family!!If you want your car to look like it just got out of the show room… This is the place to go, reasonably priced and consummate professionals… I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do the same…
