  Chris Varady is a curtious and an experienced sales rep. He helped me choose the right bike for me. Which was a Harley Davidson . The staff are very kind and helpful also. I am very happy with my purchase.

  I was skeptical when I found the motorcycle I was looking for on the internet and it was in Andover, NJ. I called and worked with Brandy. Everything that he showed in the photos and discussed over the phone was accurate. The bike was in great condition and I rode it home 225 miles with no problems. When I did contact them with a minor issue, they made it right and went beyond what was required. Great experience!

  Bought my 22 Fat Bob on 2-22-23
  
  I was dead set on a 23 Fat Bob, but after discussing the OTD price with the dealer and getting quoted 8k over msrp, I knew I was gonna go used on my next bike. I look through CycleTrader and see this place has a 22 Fat Bob with very little miles at a very competitive price. I shoot an email asking for OTD price that night and by 12pm the next day I have it.
  
  I call up and Chris was very informative. He answered all my questions (cosmetic look of the bike, financing, refund if I decided I didn’t want it) and told me I could put a down payment to hold the bike till I got a chance to swing by (im in NYC). One week later I show up, im immediately greeted, and Chris lets me know the bike is getting prepped for me to see it. There was no pressure to take the bike and he again answered all my questions about the previous owner, warranty, etc.
  
  20min later all the papers are signed and the bike is set to be delivered to me in the following week. They hooked me up with a detailing kit for when its time to clean the bad boy and they lent me a helmet so I could try the bike out before I headed back to NYC. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used bike.

  Excellent experience! Great prices, even better customer service. Walker provided a thorough, honest condition status over the phone. Gave me the confidence to sign the paperwork sight unseen. Definitely check out cycle exchange- andover. 2010 yamaha stratoliner.

  Nice selection... Still some quirks though.
  
  So, the good news about this place is their selection. Being honest, I'd say it's very large and well diversified. Most, if not all the bikes seem to be in very good to excellent condition. Sales people were nice and helpful. So if you're looking for a place that has lots of choices and you don't want to shop around, this is it.
  
  However, I found the "no-negotiation" tactic from them a bit stiff, and it starts with the $400 Dealer Fee on the invoice. Also, If you don't have the money to buy your bike outright, and plan to finance any or all of the purchase price, tack another $200 onto the dealer fee. That means it could possibly be a whopping $600 to buy a bike from this place.
  
  **UPDATE: I spoke to the owner, Nolan (he personally reached out to me) and got some clarification on the dealer fee. Turns out a good portion of it is to recoup costs that they incur (title, registration, etc. when they take possession of the bike). This should have been done at the time of sale, and Nolan agreed. But the one area I still have a problem with is with the extra $200 if you finance.
  
  Be aware that they don't change any fluids before you pick up the bike. If you expect the engine or gear oil to be fresh (because you don't know when the last owner changed it) then you have to pay out of pocket.
  
  **UPDATE: Nolan told me they do this to help keep their costs low so they can offer the best possible prices on the bikes they sell, and that sounds reasonable. 20W-50 isn't cheap nowadays, and then there's the labor...
  
  There were a couple other issues, which normally would have been picked up on during the detail process, but I declined that to save myself $100 (plus, I was driving 200 miles home. Why detail if I was just going to need to do it again myself anyway several hours later?). Nolan agreed these were an oversight on their part, and is working to help get those resolved and reimburse me for the inconvenience. So kudos to him for going that extra mile to make things right.
  
  In the end, I still decided to buy the bike because even with the dealer fee, it was still a good price. The only way I would have gotten a better deal would have been to drive to Ohio, Michigan or Texas (from upstate NY) and that wasn't gonna happen.
  
  Will I be back? More than likely. The selection was the best I've ever seen, and the sales process was one of the smoothest I've ever dealt with. Plus, they give you a $200 customer loyalty credit as well as NADA value for your bike (based on condition, of course) if you come back. And I'll probably be looking to upgrade to a Victory or Indian motorcycle in a few years.
