The owner is SO nice! She really does offer great prices compared to anyone else in the area. My latest experience with her though left me smiling. I was going to buy an old door panel but she just gave it to me free of charge. Such a sweet woman, I will happily return to her shop.

Main Street in Andover Boro is SO MUCH FUN. This shop is awesome if you like to browse and are looking for THAT special thing! A "must visit"!

Has tons of large pieces changing daily, follow their Instagram for new finds. I find it hard to decorate because I don't ever fall in 'love' with furniture but Made In the Shade makes it easy with their fantastic prices. I know in a couple years I can switch out my items without breaking the bank. They also helped me arrange someone to pick-up & deliver.

Made in the Shade is the type of place you want to tell everyone about but also no one because you don’t want to lose out on an amazing treasure! The store is filled to the brim with amazing UNBELIEVABLY priced items that sometimes last only a few hours so you have to be quick! The store is constantly being restaged and restocked as the owner and staff bring new items in DAILY and post to Instagram @madeintheshadenj. I’ve purchased multiple pieces through Instagram, easiest transaction I’ve experienced. I visit more often than I go to my coffee shop, half of the time it’s just to say hi to the amazing owner and staff. If you love antiques (and lighting!) with price tags that make you think someone made a mistake and forgot to add more 0’s, then you’re doing yourself a disservice by not coming to Made in the Shade, which is fine because more for me! I LOVE MADE IN THE SHADE!
