(June 18, 2023, 5:10 pm)I have had Culligan Water for about 2 years now and I am very happy with the choice I made to have a filtration system under my kitchen sink so I can have drinkable water whenver I need it and to refill large juice bottles right at home! I used to waste so much money and plastic buying bottles from the store, now it's a wallet saver and I don't have so mayn bottles stacked to take to the recycling! I check the water quality myself and it tastes great (no foul smell or funny taste, or weird cloudy stuff!)
Customer service and the guys who did the installment were great also and were knowledgable about their specialty; parts and tank still works great and have not had ANY issues at all! I called Lance, I think his name is and made it very easy to understand how their systems work and to set up my account, streamlined and simple. Thank you Lance!
I think the plan types and payment fees are reasonable and you can always consult Culligan to change things around to fit your needs. I never had to do such a thing since I am satisfied so far, so thank you Culligan! -
