  Great company. During a power outage in 2018 we first learned of Connecticut generator. They were the only company that would come out and help in an emergency situation. We had an existing generator that failed and they came out and spent the entire day trying to repair it. Finally we agreed to purchase a new generator which they installed. The service has been excellent. When we moved to a new home, we had them upgrade an existing generator and then continued to use them for maintenance. I highly recommend CT Generator!

  I can't say enough about CT Generator. Katy in the office is very responsive and just a pleasure to work with. All of the techs that have come out to do the annual maintenance or provide service have been very knowledgeable and provided great service. So glad I picked CT Generator to have a service contract with and maintain my generator. Would highly recommend.

  During the aftermath of the Hurricane in Connecticut we last experienced, my generator stopped working on a Sunday, and help was needed. I called and Katy answered the phone while trying to enjoy her time with her family. She put me in touch with Billy in service who walked me through the possibilities of what could have caused the shutdown.
  Within 15 minutes he solved the issue ( needed more oil) and the problem was fixed. He also gave me a short tutorial which I'm grateful to know I can still learn.
  Their customer service is ALWAYS outstanding and they are KIND FOLKS.

  I was searching for a new generator service company and stumbled upon CT Generator Service. I was absolutely amazed at how I was treated as a customer. Katy provides friendly, knowledgeable and courteous customer service I NEVER have to remind them that I'm due for service. Now, I have a problem and need major service. Billy and Tom arrived and worked in the hot sun to identify my problem. I am totally confident in Billy's generator and engine knowledge. Hopefully, I'll be up and running soon. I give CT Generator Service my highest recommendation.

  In 2013 I had L-Train electric install a 10 KW whole house Generac generator for me. Jason was great and came to the house and explained everything you wanted to know about a whole house generator. After install, I had CT Generator Service (subsidy of L-Train electric) do my routine maintenance on the generator. As things happen, once installed there was really no need for it to spring into action for an extended period of time. Until this week with ISAIAS! Jason was there during a crazy time for them to help me through the process for shutting off the generator at night and turning it back on in the AM. He actually called me directly To follow up with my email.. Now that is service!!!! Great company, great service, and fair pricing. I definitely recommend LTrain and CT Generator Service if you are thinking about a new system installation!!!
