  I've been going to this shop since I was a little kid. They've been friendly and helpful throughout my entire life. They have everything you need from tackle, gear, and a great variety of live and frozen baits.
  Even though I've since moved away, it's always worth stopping in when I'm back home and finding lures and soft plastics that I can't find in my area. Even the things that I can find in my local shops, I can find here for a better price.
  I just had an issue with a company and their manufacturer warranty and even though it was between the company and I, FFiii went out of their way to help me resolve it.

  We went in not knowing what we needed and the guys were awesome. Didn't make us feel dumb for not knowing much at all about saltwater fishing. With a series of questions he honed right in on what was best for our needs.
  
  I really liked how they have gear for everything at prices for everyone. You can get something real high end, middle of the road or entry level. Never did we feel pressured to buy something not right for us.
  
  We almost went to the big name store in East Hartford and I am so glad we didn't. The Fishing Factory has better selection, quality of gear and service. Our new go to place for all of our fishing needs.

  Top notch operation. Andrew and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and work hard to make their customers happy. The shop is always stocked with a wide range of gear and fresh baits.

  Fishing Factory has the best High End Gear hands down, with the same price points as any competitor. Stopped in to get some ideas on a Blackfish, Fluke Combo, and left with a Combo that not only is amazing, but the same reel was out of stock at Cabelas. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality gear at the best price
