(January 24, 2016, 10:31 pm)Highly recommend these guys. Extremely knowledgeable, good old fashioned customer service with no hard sell, lots of valuable advice, tips and tricks. My laptop crashed and within the day Adam had replaced and upgraded the hard drive, transferred all my files across and done a major clean up. My hard drive died twice when he was trying to transfer files but he knew I did not have anything backed up and did not give up; he managed to save everything. It is better now than when it was new. He went above and beyond, staying late until 9.30pm to get it done when his supplier was delayed delivering the part. Very reasonable prices too.

After spending an excessive amount of time, money and aggravation at other places, I continued to have issues with my computer. I recently read all the praise for the Croton Computer Buddy and quickly ran my computer over. Within 24 hours Adam had my computer up and running better than ever. I am blown away by the quick turnaround time, the outstanding results and the exceptional customer service I received from this amazing establishment. Not only was the work exceptional, but it was very affordable! Adam is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and super patient!
I am very grateful to have this wonderful addition in my community, but I would travel ANY distance to have my computer fixed by this organization! Thank you Adam!!! -

(December 7, 2015, 2:07 pm)Best customer service experience I've had in a LONG time. GREAT knowledge and price. I just got done having Adam repair and refurbish a 5-year old Toshiba laptop. It's better than it was when it was new and I saved myself hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a new PC right now. I'm small business man and I have had to fix far too many of my own PC problems in the past, because most PC techs are only modestly skilled. I finally found a guy I can trust. Adam is a true professional; he's courteous and really knows his stuff. He went WAY beyond my expectations for turning this job around. And the price was extremely reasonable. Could not be happier. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Adam and Croton Computer Buddy.
