  I absolutely love crossfit lifeforce! The coaches are friendly and the owner was very helpful. I have been to many other crossfit gyms and comparatively they are the best priced and have the best class times... plus if you are super dedicated you can attend more than one class per day which most gyms won't allow. I definitely recommend them.

  Crossfit Lifeforce is a "force" to be reckoned with. I have been a member since September of 2014, and as soon as I walked into this box I knew I had a good feeling about it. Every single person here is very welcoming and encouraging. The coaches push your past your limits and focus on proper form and technique to make sure you're getting the most out of your work out. What really stands apart this crossfit gym to the many others out there is the variety and pricing. You really do get the bang for your buck here. Whether it's a crossfit class, FIT class (think: bootcamp style mixed with high intensity interval training), yoga, foundation, or Striking (self defense)... you have options. Steve and Jon are also terrific owners and are always looking to improve and grow the box. Check out this gym and you will wonder why you haven't tried it out sooner!

  I joined Crossfit Lifeforce approx 3 years ago and love it more every day. The workouts are challenging, leaving you sore some days but always wanting to come back for more. The coaches are focused on proper form and are great at scaling a workout for ability or to work around an injury. It is more than just where I go to get in a great workout, the people there have become like family and we all push each other to be best. Best box in the area.

  I would highly recommend this Crossfit box! The workouts are great and the coaches and owners are very welcoming and approachable. The coaches are very good at instructing on proper technique and body mechanics so you are getting the most out of your workout. I have been a member for about almost 2 years and I find that this place has really encouraged me to reach my fitness goals. In addition to the great crossfit style workouts, they offer other classes such as yoga, self defense, and HIIT classes which I have found to be fun, alternative ways to staying fit. They even also offer information and programs for healthy eating options and nutrition. This crossfit gym is not just focused on being fit and working out. The coaches and the members at Crossfit Lifeforce are truly there to help you be the best person you want to be.

  I have been a member of this box for about three years now. The best part of this "box" is the relationships I have developed. Every member and coach pushes me and holds me to do my best. I feel every time I do a personal best for time or weight it is like we are all achieved the goal. There is every skill level and age group at Crossfit Lifeforce, so you can definitely can set goals and gauge your progress with others at your level. The great thing is that the coaches will show you how you can adjust the workout to still be challenging but within your ability so your getting maximum results without injury. Steve and Jon run a great gym, whether its for Crossfit, Yoga, Striking Classes or even High Intensity Interval Training you will find something for you. Come for the fitness and stay for the relationships!
