  I found this place by randomly following them on FB a couple years ago. Last year, I was in excruciating pain and literally could barely walk for months. I had no energy to even walk to the bathroom or do basic tasks...and my body was in full revolt. I saw a random post one day from HVCF and decided to call and set up an appt. Katy quite literally saved my life! I owe everything to her for her vast knowledge patience and dedication to fixing me. I am forever a HVCF fangirl for life now! It's more than just a gym or a crossfit space. She did what no chiropractor, doctor, surgeon, PT could ever do for me in 4+ years of bein in debilitating pain! **SO THANKFUL**

  I have been going to CFHV for over 3 years now and absolutely love it. The owners and all the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging at all fitness levels. The owners--Katy and Bryan--make CrossFit accessible to to everyone, working to modify any movement to your specific level. You cannot beat the individual attention given to everyone at CrossFit HV. They emphasize correct and safe movement at all times and are genuinely invested in their members. Everyone--coaches and members--are welcoming, and there is a high level of camaraderie during all classes. They offer free one-on-one training and fitness assessments to all new members when they join, so you have a chance to learn the movements safely and discover any limitations. I love the how important mobility is overall and Katy has helped me gain mobility and eliminate pain in my shoulder that I had for over 10 years before joining CFHV. I can't recommend this gym enough--it's a place where you can improve your fitness no matter what your current level is.

  This gym is the best in the area. Not only do the trainers and owners know what they are talking about they care about you. The people here make you feel very comfortable and there is no judgment only encouragement. It's a real family environment. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get fit and also have a good time doing it.

  Not like a “regular @ gym. Here’s why: The Personal attention & coaching to ensure you’re doing the movements correctly, both for the benefits & also to avoid injuries. Katy & Bryan know every member, help them achieve their personal fitness goals. No Extra cost! It’s part of the CF culture. & the incredible support & friendships of the people in the classes, had no idea this would happen when I joined! “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”! So true. CFHV has been life changing for me, both mentally & physically. I found out I can do things I thought I was too old for, not so!!

  I came into cfhv 3.5 years ago ... not knowing what to expect and a little scared to try it out. Over the years this place changed my life - from welcoming, informative, and specialized coaching to the awesome community of people. I found friendship, experienced incredible fitness gains, and am overall a happier more balanced person because of this gym. Couldn’t love it here more and am so grateful to the owners and other members who make this place so awesome.
