  5-star experience purchasing a new 2023 Venza from Crestmont Toyota. I worked with Kenny Wilson, who was super thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire transaction. I made the deposit to secure the vehicle over the phone and the pick up process was very smooth as well. Even the post-purchase phase of license plates and title was convenient as Crestmont shipped those over to me directly. Highly recommend Toyota Crestmont. They gave the best pricing and the best service. Thank you Kenny and Crestmont Toyota!

  Let me start by saying how stressful buying a new vehicle in 2023 post Covid market has been. With dealers adding steep mark-ups, it has been difficult to find a dealer who is honest and willing to go the extra mile to help you find the vehicle you are looking for.
  
  With that being said, Crestmont Toyota is the place to go to avoid all the hassle. Brandon and the Crestmont team went out of their way to find my perfect vehicle. At Crestmont they were transparent in the process of ordering the vehicle and what would be payed at the end of the process. Because of production issues it took quite a while to find the vehicle I wanted with the right packages. Brandon worked very hard to ensure I would receive the vehicle I wanted and help smoothen the buying process.

  Can't say enough about this dealership. These guys know how to treat their customers and make the car buying experience ironically a pleasant one. Ordered a Venza nightshade end of November and took delivery less than 2 months later on the 23rd! What a beautiful vehicle. But back to the experience. Mike Dispenza was my salesman and unlike other dealers, he listened to me and got me the vehicle with the exact specifications I wanted at a fair MRSP price with no markup! They were also very transparent and fair with the doc fees compared to another dealer I had visited. No nefarious ones added on at all. Even the finance office experience was painless. Ned, offered his array of available products but again I appreciate that he listened to my wishes with respect and left it at that. Altogether, spent 20 minutes negotiating/placing the order and another 45 minutes total for paperwork upon pick-up. They have certainly bought my future business and were certainly worth the little bit of an extra drive to from home. Can't be happier with the purchase experience they provided!

  My first interaction was with Rob Bojarun while searching for a Toyota Tacoma. Upon talking to Rob, he was confident that the exact model and color was soon to arrive at Crestmont Toyota. I asked Rob for details about the Tacoma and he supplied them immediately. Rob was extremely patient as he answered all my questions and concerns. Immediately, I knew I’d be purchasing the Tacoma from Crestmont as he was completely upfront , honest & transparent. Within minutes, I had put a deposit on the Tacoma and so begins my relationship with a dealership that I will surely do business with again. Almost exactly in the time frame Rob had discussed with me, the vehicle arrived at the dealership and that’s when I was contacted by Sales representative Kenny Wilson to begin the process of completing the purchase. Kenny also was very professional, courteous and helpful in assisting me to complete the necessary tasks in preparation of taking delivery. On Saturday, December 3, 2022, I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Kenny. Everything was ready for me, the Tacoma was parked out front, spotless clean and looking absolutely great. Kenny then introduced me to the Finance Manager Ned who was equally as knowledgeable, professional and patient as Rob & Kenny. Ned took me through all the necessary forms and documents needed for the purchase. He was very explanatory of all the documents and forms that were needed to complete the purchase. I was given the keys to my new Tacoma, congratulated and wished good luck for the new vehicle. Once again, Kenny took over and assisted me with setting up the Toyota app and getting all the connected service set up. Kenny accompanied me to the Tacoma where he helped me set up my cell phone and many of the features and explained all the controls and switches. Congratulations to Crestmont Toyota on the amazing staff I was lucky enough to have met and worked with. I am enjoying my new Tacoma very much and that all started with Rob, Kenny & Ned at the dealership. I don’t often write reviews but every single facet of this vehicle purchase was the best I’ve ever experienced in 41 years of driving & purchasing vehicles.Thank you to all the staff at Crestmont & I wish you all a very Happy Holiday Season.

  Wonderful experience. I bought out of state because these guys are one of the few that didn't do any markup on a brand new Supra. Mike was my salesperson, and was incredibly responsive, honest and overall a really good guy. Ned from finances was easy and really personable. Total honesty from everyone involved and wish I lived closer so I could get my car serviced there! Thanks again guys for a really smooth buying experience.
