  The man who dealt with my car at the service desk was very engaged and listened to me explain the issues I was having with my car. He asked good questions that showed he cared about what was going on and ensured me that he would contact me about anything if it was out of warranty agreement.

  I understand why the 50,000 mile service took so long but it may be helpful for customers to have a better idea of just how long. At one point, the service desk admin told me it was "almost done" and it was another hour plus after that. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the service and the customer care.

  Had a great experience with crestmont today. Atlas had trouble with the telephone connection. Easy to make an appointment, they figured out the problem, fixed it along with resolving another issue that I wasn't even aware of, all with very reasonable cost. Great service department.

  My salesman Robert was very nice, polite and a very down to earth person to talk to. He was attentive to my questions and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also brought out the key, let me sit in the vehicle and demonstrated many of the car's features. Most importantly, he was honest and upfront about everything. Dealing with him after having dealt with dealerships from other brands was a very pleasant experience (I've had some dealerships try to discuss pricing without even letting me see the vehicle first.) It was a great first experience at a Volkswagen dealership and hopefully only the first of many more to come!

  They don't charge "COVID premium " like many others , highly recommended dealership
  
  Seriously, I am not even asked to write this feedback but I can assure you this guy's will just take care of you and give you what you need
