  We contracted with Crest to install laundry hookups, including a gas dryer, in our basement and to remove the old ones from the kitchen. The owner came out to give us an estimate and he was really nice and honest about pricing and we were given the opportunity to purchase some of our own parts, which we ultimately didn't do. He gave us an accurate and thorough estimate and was professional throughout the process. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and helpful. The job was done as scheduled and within the predicted time frame. Overall, we are highly satisfied and recommend Crest Plumbing.

  I encountered a compound plumbing problem in a summer cottage last week, and I was unable to turn on the water supply to the cottage. I called Crest for some emergency assistance, and their quick response helped me resolve the smaller problem on my own. But the next morning's daylight revealed the broken pipes and the need for professional repairs. Once again, Wendy was able to send the nearest crew to our location quickly, and we had the water flowing before lunchtime. Phew! Thanks for your great crew, all of whom were professional and personable.

  I called Crest Plumbing for a second opinion, estimate and information on a major home renovation. The owner promptly returned my call and was one of the most generous professionals I have ever met. Even though I am nearly committed to another contractor, he gave me me more helpful, unbiased information regarding heating and hot water equiptment than the selected contractor or any sales person I have spoken to. He was informed, gave me calculations, ratings and pricing without hesitation. It was the most confident I felt after months and months of shopping and online research and consultations with other contractors. I wish I started with Crest.
