  New to the area and am so lucky to have found Stephanie. Was having some lower back issues from running and Stephanie worked with me to help relieve my pain. I have continued to visit throughout the course of the last few months to treat some other ailments and I can not say enough about how great she is. Her treatments are very thorough, she asks a lot of questions to help pinpoint issues and is always willing to provide advice on ways you can practice body awareness. Cannot recommend Stephanie enough!

  Love it! Stephanie is great. I really look forward to my appointments. Since starting acupuncture I’ve had reduced pain and reduced stress.   I am so grateful that my husband found Stephanie in our area. As a professional dancer and certified personal trainer, I use my body everyday and it is very important for me to keep my body conditioned and balanced with occasional massage therapy and acupuncture. Stephanie has healing powers in her knowledge of the mind and body. She has helped me find so much more freedom and space in my muscles and joints again.I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to relax, release tension and revive their mind and body!

  I met Stephanie about 10 years ago - I had severe back pain, one of my legs was loosing sensation and mobility. Surgery was inevitable. What Stephanie did for me was remarkable - in a very personalized way she figured out how to give me much needed relief of pain and the stress.
  Several years later, I came back with debilitating neck pain with side effects that were reminiscent of my back injury - I was seriously worried, that surgery maybe required. Instead, Stephanie diligently worked with me, using acupuncture, massage, heat, and my neck went back to normal.
  Stephanie has a soothing, calm, kind energy about her. I feel so grateful to be cared by her.
