This is a small town urgent care, and a perfect example of what a small town urgent care should be. It's clean, everyone was courteous and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and listened to my concerns and perspective of what I felt was wrong with me. The practioner then made me feel validated with my concerns and explained what she was going to prescribe for my treatment, and what will happen if the labs came back with a different result. That is what a positive medical interaction looks like and it left me feeling taken care of and respected.
I have been to this urgent care twice for a rapid Covid test. There was a small line outside to wait, but it moved quickly. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The nurses are excellent. Friendly and kind and performed the test quickly. There is a 15-20 minute wait for results. $125 for rapid testing.
