(January 23, 2023, 10:00 am)I went into Richboro Music with my Taylor 12 string thinking the Bridge needed to be taken apart and regaled, along with a setup.
I openly told Kevin that I didn't know the background on the guitar, and he told me that while it did not need the bridge regaled, he did recommend a bridge doctor, setup and a slight neck adjustment.
I told him "okay, so like $250ish?" he said no, not even close, about a hundred dollars, give or take a set of strings.
When Kevin had the chance to use my lack of knowledge to charge me whatever he wanted (and I would have paid it), he did not.
Plus on top of that, my guitar sounds better than ever, and looking at the receipt, Kevin did much more maintenance on the guitar than was discussed so that it perms at its best!

(November 18, 2021, 7:40 pm)I took my guitar to a high end guitar repair and was told that the truss was too tight and he couldn’t straighten the neck to get rid of the fret buzzing. I took it to Richboro Music and Kevin made it as good as new. He’s always in there working on guitars as they make their own brand. What a great place with great, friendly service. No more big box stores for me. If you’re looking for a place to buy instruments, or get lessons or need service, look no further! Thank you Kevin, you’re awesome!
