  The staff were very helpful and professional. I unfortunately had to put my 14 year old very large dog to sleep. The staff wrapped him in a blanket, carried him from my car, and let me spend more time with him privately. Everything was very peaceful for my dog. They were very compassionate.

  Dr. Ferret and staff truly care about our fur babies! He knows the business and his pets and tries to save you money whenever he can. He told us “no need for bloodwork or x-rays, I can tell you that your dog has a heart condition and in kidney failure.” After leaving there and doing lots of additional research, we realized that he is 100% correct! Chances are we’re going to have to put our 13 year old dog down as Dr. Ferret originally suggested, we’re just not ready right now!!
  We have to make a decision real quick as our dog may be in pain, wouldn’t want that!! If there continues to be no quality of life, we’re going to have to do the inevitable. I’m heartbroken!! Thank you Dr. Ferret for being considerate, kind, and compassionate!!

  I am a crazy structured and over protective dog momma. I have tried many vets in New York, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. I have never been thrived with any until I found country side. The staff have shown such respect and educated care for my fur child. Pricing is within average range. They explained and inquired about my preferences and told me about price range of specific testing before doing anything. They are so respectful and have little to no other pets in the waiting room when appointment times are scheduled. I will definitely go back for all my dogs medical needs.

  We are new to the practice and we would recommend to anyone! They are efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. The staff are amazing, especially Leanne. She goes out of her way to make sure our pup has what he needs and she is always happy to help us out! Thank you Leanne and thank you to all of the staff!

  A sincere thank you to the staff at Counteyside Animal Hospital as well as Denaples Equine. Dr Emily Bold was a god send for us as our 10 year old Rhodesian Dane mix got sick. She was on the phone with us for a few days prior to us having to say goodbye and was so kind, sincere, and supportive on the day we decided his time had come. Emily let us all feel at peace, did so with grace and kindness and we cannot thank her enough for that. It made a hard decision and hard day easier for us all and did so in the comfort of our home since our big guy was not doing well enough to bring him in. A billion thank you’s would not be enough.
