  Great service. It was a very hard decision to say goodbye to our beloved 15.5 years old dog. Thank you to Dr. Victoria who helped my baby to go to doggy heaven easily and peacefully.

  Dr. Victoria helped my Newfie 13 1/2 year old Jet pass with dignity and peace. He barked once when she arrived, lied back down in his favorite cushioned bed and was calmed by the calm demeanor of Dr. Victoria. She explained all the steps she was going to do, and allowed us plenty of time cuddle one last time. We stayed with our pup to the end, till he passed so peacefully. I am so glad I was referred to Buffalo and Beyond, and would not hesitate one moment in using them again or referring friends to their services for their fur babies.

  It’s been a little over a month since I’ve had to have Dr Victoria help me with one of the hardest decisions a pet owner has to make. It has taken me this long, and I know I still won’t get it right, because I don’t know where to begin. Dr Victoria, this Angel of Mercy, came into my home and not only took time to comfort me, but showed such sincere and true compassion for my Pretty Girl Maggie, that no one could possibly imagine. She talked me through every step she took and gave me the time I needed to finally let my poor sick baby cross that bridge with such dignity, laying comfortably on her favorite spot on the couch. I’m sorry Dr that it took so long to express my Gratitude to You for making this such a peaceful transition being as hard as it was. The world is a better place having someone like You in it. Thank You so very much.

  As many pet owners know, the day you have to make the decision to put your best friend to sleep is one of the hardest days of your life. Dr. Victoria was the most gentle, tender veterinarian we could have ever asked for. She walked into a very emotionally heavy household and her presence, knowledge, and empathy was immediately relieving. She handled our 16 year old pekingese Isabella with the utmost care and sensitivity. She explained every step of the procedure and assured us our dog was experiencing serenity and relief as she administered the first sedative to relax her into a sleep-like state. She gave us as much time as we wanted with her, stepped out several times to allow us our privacy and final goodbyes, and finally walked us through the final steps/last shot. It really was as if Izzy had fallen asleep so peacefully as she transitioned to the afterlife. If you're reading this because you may be thinking your best friend's time is near, please please rest assured, Dr. Victoria will make an extremely difficult time in your life so much easier. Thank you for taking such good care of our Izzy bears, Dr.Victoria. Endless gratitude to you and your team. RIP Izzy

  The wonderful and compassionate folks at B&B supported us during our parting with our loving pup Crispin. They not only provided the medical assistance we needed at the time but gave us the comfort in knowing that our girl went to the “rainbow bridge” without pain and full of dignity. I can’t recommend these terrific people enough.
