(March 25, 2022, 11:54 am)I haven't bought a house (yet!) with Country House Realty, but I just want to share the great customer service experience I had talking to Jennifer. I called the office yesterday morning hoping a property I was interested in was not yet sold, even though their website said an offer was accepted. They could have ignored my call but instead Jennifer called me right back and gave me a ton of helpful information since she could tell I am new to the Catskills market. Companies that value customer service seem to be hard to find these days, so I really appreciated her taking the time to educate me on the market and suggest ways I could find a lovely mountain home even without using her company. Thank you!!

(November 7, 2019, 10:34 am)We worked with Robin Jones at Grahamsville, NY for nearly a year and a half before my wife and I found a home we wanted to purchase. Robin was knowledgeable, honest, and caring throughout our whole experience with her. She never tried to pressure us into a sale and always looked out for us, as buyers, first. She drove all over the county throughout the whole span of our search and helped us weigh pro's and con's for each home. When we got to contract, she helped us feel comfortable as first time home buyers the entire time, and did a great job helping us with the VA loan. Overall, if you're searching for a home and a great realtor, look no further. The fact that you read all the way though this review tells me you're already considering working with Country House Realty. Do it, use Country House Realty, and ask for Robin Jones. She'll treat you right.
