(May 2, 2023, 8:26 am)Changing my rating to 4 as I have had occasion to use their services a couple of times more and their service has definitely improved a whole lot. During Covid they instituted a line system which they still seem to follow and take care of their customers well.
I am very glad with their glasses. They were very good about adjusting the frame when i went back to them later - they were very friendly and helpful.

Very hard to work with. We approached the sales people after selecting a frame. They were not doing anything and did not have any other customer, yet they behaved as though they were doing me a favor selling the glasses. Ended up not purchasing due to them not being able to pull information about my insurance and them not being at all interested in selling. -

(August 16, 2021, 8:11 pm)Richard (Heiss?) was extremely helpful and accommodating as I was ordering new glasses. He was very knowledgeable on insurance which helped me get two pairs of glasses!! I did feel bad for him though as it seemed like he was the only employee trying to assist everybody in the line :(
