Dr. Pearl and the whole staff was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of me getting my tonsils out. Whenever I called, they answered immediately and provided a solution. Such a difficult situation for me was made so easy thanks to the whole staff. Highly recommend.
Although I've never had an ENT before, I can say that this was one of the more efficient Dr visits I've ever had.
1-My appointment scheduled time, and time I was ready to be seen, was punctual
2-Upon meeting Dr Coffey, he presented a light, friendly manor to my ear infection and made me feel right at home.
3-While the 2 previous Drs that I'd visited said it was an ear infection, Dr Coffey was quick to detect it was a fungal issue.
4-With some encouragement (He warned this won't be a comfortable experience, haha) he cleaned out the ear, and for the first time in over a week, not only was I no longer in pain and discomfort, I could hear out of my right ear!! 😳
5-The office booked my next appointment, and I was on my way.
It's now the day after, and I have to say that I'm very pleased with my experience here.
This will be mine, and my families new ENT moving forward.
I have nothing but good things to say about this office, especially Dr. Pearl. I have been prone to strep for years and ended up with strep and a sinus infection the weekend after thanksgiving. My primary care recommended me to this office and they got me in for an appointment in a matter of days. With one look at my tonsils, Dr. Pearl said I needed them out. Before I even left the office the day of my appointment, I had my tonsillectomy scheduled for 10 days later. It was the easiest process because of the amazing staff. Before surgery, he went over everything to expect post op. His nurse was amazing as well. I called with a few questions regarding recovery and if she was not available at that moment or if she needed to find an answer to a question, she called me back in minutes. Overall, the experience with this office was amazing! Thank you Dr. Pearl and staff!
Loved my experience with Dr. Pearl. Very helpful, to the point, and genuinely nice to talk to. He gave me a tonsillectomy and I had 0 complications. Easy to schedule with, and the office called a few times to see how I was doing. Thanks Dr. Pearl!
