(July 31, 2023, 3:51 pm)I went twice in a week. Went early morning and I was told it would be a 4 hour wait. Carolyn was very pleasant and told me other options of coming in so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. Arrived on a Friday afternoon, not a lot of people waiting, check in was easy and everything after that was smooth sailing! The two at the front desk, were very pleasant and helpful!

(July 24, 2023, 12:52 pm)I've always gone to Concentra and I got to say hats off to them! This past visit was definitely five stars through the whole thing. Last year I would have given them a zero due to the doctor that I had last time. She was AWFUL! This year they were FANTASTIC!!! NO ISSUES!
