  The staff was incredibly professional and compassionate when I brought in my senior cat who was very ill. They assured me that my decision to allow her to peacefully depart this world would not be the wrong decision. The procedure was streamlined while also allowing me all the time I needed. I am truly grateful for all the support that I received from them.

  The staff is all so nice and friendly. Cost effective and since the hospital closed they’re trying to do a little of emergency help to fill in the gap. I didn’t know what I was gonna do yesterday, I was so worried that I would have to make it to Kingston with my dog in her condition but they offered me the help and support I needed. I couldn’t be possibly more grateful this place. This is what pet care should be! Definitely recommended

  I’m so glad I decided to take my dog here. All of the staff is beyond friendly and caring towards my sometimes difficult dog. We have seen three different vets in the practice and they are all great. They listen to what you have to say and give multiple options when it comes to care. They follow up with a call when your pet is sick which means so much to a pet parent.

  I cannot be more grateful to Dr. Redden and the staff at Community Animal Hospital for taking my mom's dog in for an emergency appt as my vet didn't have the availability to see her. Dr. Redden took his time and explained everything to me and gave me my options as to what would be the best treatment plan for her. I highly recommend them.

  I'm very happy about taking my dogs here. The front desk staff are very friendly and sociable. The techs and nurses are very comforting for the animals (especially my older dog, who is such a Nervous Nelly). I've seen Dr. Hoffman twice, and he shows a lot of compassion for the animals. He's very thorough in his examinations. He even pointed out a heart murmur that I was not aware my poor boy had. Highly recommend.
