  I love working with Dr. Low! She has been very flexible and accommodating with my needs and the areas of care that I wish to receive. Even during the 15 minute consultation, she offered a plethora of insight and different approaches to take for the issues I was experiencing. She is willing to work with you at the level that you need and she shares a generous amount of free resources and genuinely wants to help her community. I highly recommend working with her and I love her tinctures and her thoughtful approaches - she makes a tailored plan for you and thinks outside of what is standard. Her knowledge and gentleness makes you feel reassured and taken care of!

  Making the investment to work with Dr. Low is one of the best things I've ever done for myself!
  
  She provided me with important tools for my wellness toolbox, in ways that were truly accessible and never ever judgmental. She helped me gain a deeper understanding of my whole system and how everything works together, and also inspired a big curiosity to tune into my body's messages more deeply.
  
  In just a few short months, my menstrual cycle not only became very regular and balanced, but also went from something I really dreaded to something I welcome and cherish. She also helped me to learn ways to ease chronic stress and support my adrenals.
  
  She is gentle and generous with her time, and seems to be genuinely interested in her patients and their unique systems. I've never experienced that level of care from a traditional Western doctor.
  
  The tools and practices she shared will be ones I use for my whole life. To say I'm grateful would be an understatement.

  I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Rachel Low as a physician. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and so generous with her wisdom and time, specifically helping me navigate the wild world of supplements to assist me with some of my postpartum symptoms. I recommend her to everyone I know who is working on their reproductive health!
