Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Holly - Westampton

When I first checked in I was gracious and warmly welcomed by a nice young lady named Margret. I had no idea that she was the General Manager. I found out that she was the Manager when she came to my room to help me work the television. I was impressed because she came to do it instead of saying that’s not my job. You can tell when a person cares when they say it needed to be done instead of it’s not my job. Throughout my entire stay I observed the General Manager Margret just being the Jack of all trades. In my opinion she cares about the safety comfortably of the guests and the upkeep of the building What really made me give five stars was the honesty of the cleaning staff who turned in my gold ring that is the most important and precious thing in my life. Why? The ring was given to me for a Mother’s Day gift from my son who was tragically murdered at the age of 22 due to gun violence. I had no idea I left it there. They could have kept it. I have already checked out. After I checked out we went to Cracker Barrel for brunch. They went out their way came to the restaurant and gave me my ring. I’m thanking God, the General Manager, and cleaning staff. And in that order. I’m humbly grateful. They didn’t know how important that ring is to me. My dog was treated as if he was Gunther the world richest dog. .

1. Comfortable hotel located next to a Cracker Barrell and AppleBees.

2. Friendly and helpful staff. Accomodated all of my needs such as extra towels and sheets.

3. They have a pool and a small fiTness cenTer.

4. The complimentary breakfast wasn't too bad. Make sure you wake up EARLY because a lot of the food was gone when i arrived there at 9. The Front desk agent was nice enough to make me a fresh pot of coffee. I appreciated this!

5. Room was clean and recently renovated. The hardwood floors made the stay extra pleasant and SANITARY!! Very important. Bathroom was a little bit old and not ventilated. This could have been better.
