  We recently stayed at the Hadley Comfort Inn in Hadley, Mass. The General Manager did a superb job, exceeding our expectations for service and attention to quality in his personal interactions with us. He is an example to be emulated in any customer facing organization.

  My family and I just stayed at this hotel. The staff was pleasant. The hotel was CLEAN! I am that person that always cleans a hotel room when I arrive. I was thankful that whoever cleaned before we arrived did a great job. Breakfast was full of a variety of delicious foods. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a location where it is clear that your staff cares about cleanliness and the comfort of your guests.

  My family stayed at the Comfort Inn in Hadley Mass this past weekend for a softball tournament. I have never had a great experience at a Comfort Inn but this past weekend was a great experience. This hotel has been updated, the common areas and rooms are clean and the bathrooms all have fans in them. The free breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.

  I was blown away with how nice my stay was at the Comfort Inn in Hadley. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly hotel staff and the check in process went smoothly. We got a room on the third floor and it was very clean and quiet. I rarely heard other hotel guests except for occasionally hearing our neighbors unlock/open their doors.
  The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable (I always struggle to sleep in hotel rooms) and I slept well without any issues. The sheets were soft and not extremely scratchy. I appreciated the blackout curtains and the ability to control the air conditioning temperature in our room.
  Perhaps the best thing was the super well stocked continental breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten free options as well as hot food. I had a gluten free bagel with chive and onion cream cheese, a cheese omelette, breakfast sausage, coffee with almond milk, and cranberry juice. My fiancé had a waffle from the waffle station with fruit and nuts as toppings, coffee and orange juice. Other options were oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, cereal, danishes, and other hot and cold beverages.
  After an enjoyable breakfast we had nice hot showers in our hotel room before heading out for the day.
  If we didn’t want to get up for breakfast we could have used the refrigerator and microwave in our room.

  I’ve been dealing with a family member medical situation since Dec 2022. I spoke with Jeremy the manager and he was happy to help assist in making sure I got the room I wanted and was ok in extended stays for days and last minute drop ins to stay over. Tierra was spectacular too. She really was so kind during this horrible time and added some great places to eat and recommended some good food places to deliver. If you are dealing with a with a difficult emergency out of state like I am, Tiera will go out of her way to help and advice. I wanted to rate on their hotel website but my time expired. I hope to do this the next time I stay because I really feel blessed with this hotel and this wonderful staff. Did I mention how clean this place is and quiet? Yes those perks too. Oh and make sure you request your room to be cleaned. It’s a post pandemic thing to now ask for room cleaning but real simple. :)
