  I went to the Valatie office. I can highly recommend just about everyone . From the front desk to the PT Staff. I saw Cody & Ryan the most, who are great but Debbie, Karen & Lydia were also helpful.

  I have to say this is definitely top of my list for physical therapy, best experience I've had in the state of New York thus far. All of the staff are kind and flexible. Super easy place to go to, I've seen them treat young and old people. This place represents how health care should be, it should feel easy to take care of your health and it should give you confidence in what you're doing to move in a positive direction. I've noticed such a difference with the techniques they have provided, they definitely know what they're doing. Thank you guys for being so amazing!

  Have been going for PT for about 8 weeks for a torn hamstring after tripping on a root. I came in hobbling with a cane, and left walking (still with a limp), but able to manage a mile now. I had almost all the therapists at one time or another and each of them did a thorough and professional job. Thank you to Lydia, Cody, Stephanie, Ryan and Karen for keeping me on track. Still have a ways to go, but I know what to do now. Christa Slater

  I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and started seeing Cody twice a week. Cody helped improve my strength and range of motion so much with the stretches and exercises I did there and that he taught me to do at home. You can tell he cares and he's wonderful to work with. I worked with Debbie a few times too, and she's excellent too. I highly recommend Columbia PT and Cody and Debbie in particular.

  Having been a new patient with an athletic background who came in for lower back pain, I was a little nervous to start PT, not knowing what to expect. I felt pretty guilty for throwing out my back 4 times in the span of 2 months, and that it was my fault for not taking care of myself enough. I was so thankful for the kind and judgement-free atmosphere at Columbia PT, and I was so thankful to have the support and help to strengthen my back and heal from the pain. Ryan was always friendly and great to chat with while also being attentive and professional in working to figure out a treatment program for me. I finished my last appointment having no more lower back pain and feeling strong enough to continue with my job that requires lifting and lots of movement! I'm so grateful for my experience at Columbia PT!
