Great office staff, who put me on a waiting list and got me a cleaning appointment on the day I needed!
I cannot say enough about my hygienists. I think her name was Josie. She was very informative and explained the correct way to brush my teeth. And not in a condescending way. My visit was more like a Dental workshop.
Plus the dentist examined a problem tooth and rather than make up procedures she could do to correct it, she told me it is fine the way it is and nothing needs to be done unless I want to do something. The tooth is not in danger or any more vulnerable. Love the honesty!
Love my dentist and assistant duo. I have severe dental anxiety and the staff has been gentle and understanding with me for the last year i've gone there, it's great! The wait is also minimal, usually in and out very fast.
Dr Schneider is the best dentist I have ever had,,,,, all the office staff is very friendly and efficient!
