I made an appointment for my parents for a covid test and they said it was smooth and easy once they got there. I received my dads results less than 24 hrs but did not receive my moms. I called their office and the person was super helpful and nice! He emailed me the results within 5 minutes! These people are very helpful and deserve to be appreciated for all what they do!! I work at an urgent care and know how frustrating and busy working in a medical center. Thank you!
I cannot say enough great things about Colts Neck Pharmacy. They are incredibly reliable and punctual with PCR tests (I’ve had them completed for travel in November as well as for illness and they always report back within 24 hours of test pick-up time) and they are extremely accommodating to customer needs. In fact, when all appointments were booked for PCR when my daughter was ill, I called the pharmacy and I received a text back that night informing me I could come in the next day. I saw the staff swamped with vaccination appointments and they managed the lines while making sure concerned children were at ease as well. Their selection of products in the gift section is very solid. The pharmacist, Robert, and Adam are particularly kind and informative.
This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Drove 40 minutes for a test. Worth every minute. Robert C. the pharmacist is the most kind hearted and compassionate human being. Takes it past “just doing his job”. He went above and beyond for me and my mother. And it’s so appreciated.
